Learners can choose between paid and unpaid courses, with paid courses offering flexible payment options—half-yearly or annually, with discounts available. Unpaid courses are free but subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional discounts are available for referrals, siblings, and new Muslims, with reverts receiving a 50% discount.

New learners may be required to take a placement test to determine their appropriate level. Once registered, they will receive their class schedule based on instructor and learner availability. They will also be provided with details about the communication platform used for official updates and the technical requirements needed, such as a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and any necessary software. Attendance is mandatory, and learners must inform instructors in advance if they are unable to attend. Make-up classes may be available through recorded sessions or additional assignments, depending on the course structure.

All learners must adhere to the institution’s privacy, conduct, and communication policies. Personal communication between instructors and students is not allowed without management consent. Gender mixing is strictly prohibited in forums and classes, ensuring a structured and respectful learning environment. Additionally, unauthorized sharing of learning materials is not permitted to maintain the integrity of the course content.
